Milyonluk Hurdacı

Description

An aging scrap dealer attempts to win back the family he lost through years of infidelity by convincing his estranged children to join him in selling a holy object left by a recently deceased friend. He organizes a sequence of practical moves—contacting potential buyers, transporting the object between relatives, and staging negotiations at social events—while old arguments, debts and rival claims surface among the siblings and their in-laws. The plan forces them to make concrete choices about custody of the object, who pays for travel and who speaks to wary intermediaries. The cast includes Selahattin Taşdöğen, İnan Ulaş Torun, Melis Gürhan and Ahmet Kayakesen. The film was released in 2026 and maps the mechanics of the scheme rather than offering a dramatic reveal: paperwork, whispered deals, last-minute refusals and improvised arrangements. The action moves through weddings, funerals and family gatherings.
