Caro Mondo Crudele

Description

The available synopsis does not specify when or where the story takes place. Caro Mondo Crudele (2026) is presented as a drama-comedy; the cast includes Aurora Malianni, Tara Trocchia, Francesco Turbanti and Petra Valentini. The film follows a small ensemble through a sequence of concrete interactions: phone calls that change plans, agreements that are renegotiated, and everyday tasks that reveal competing priorities. Scenes focus on negotiations over resources and relationships, short confrontations in domestic and public spaces, and a chain of minor lies and omissions that shift who trusts whom. By the film’s midpoint the separate threads have begun to intersect. Characters confront decisions made earlier, rearrange schedules and legal or financial commitments, and respond to public revelations that raise the stakes for ongoing arguments. The middle section concentrates on a series of decisive actions—arguments, abrupt departures, exchanged documents and forced compromises—that reshape alliances and set up the unresolved conflicts carried into the film’s second half.
