Small Things

Description

"Small Things" is a drama that portrays the unraveling of a traditional family structure during a contentious inheritance discussion. As a storm approaches, a Croatian family gathers in a dilapidated household on a small Dalmatian island. The cast includes Snježana Sinovčić Šiškov, Izudin Bajrović, Marija Škaričić, and Ivana Roščić. What initially seems like a straightforward conversation about assets quickly escalates into arguments over long-held beliefs and familial loyalty, putting pressure on their relationships. Anica, one of the family members, is determined to maintain unity despite the rising tensions and secrets that emerge. As the weather outside worsens, the family's internal conflicts intensify, raising questions about their future and the legacy they leave behind. The film juxtaposes the physical storm with the emotional turmoil within the family as they confront their past and each other.
