Description

The film centers on the conflict between two friends as they attempt to build a spaceship during the Covid-19 lockdown. With only a limited amount of time left in summer before they start at different high schools, a science enthusiast and her boy-crazy best friend aim to escape the constraints of quarantine. As they work together on their rocket, they encounter challenges that threaten their friendship, highlighting the difficulty of maintaining their bond amidst their personal aspirations. As the deadline for their launch approaches, the two girls face the reality that constructing a rocket may be the least of their concerns. Their focus shifts from the excitement of lift-off to the strain on their relationship, leaving them to confront the uncertain future of their friendship as the summer draws to a close.
