Tom Six documents his experience living with multiple sclerosis while confronting the challenges of his artistic career and impending death. After being unable to release his film The Onania Club, he creates a comedic documentary that features actors alongside real-life moments, addressing the absurdities of existence, the film industry, and the limitations imposed on artistic freedom. The cast includes Servaes Nelissen, Maartje Willems, and Edwin Alofs, who participate in this unique blend of comedy and documentary. Set during the final years of Six's life, the film examines the concept of the tortured artist, presenting a candid reflection on his struggles and the creative process.
