Самая лёгкая лодка в мире

Description

The film takes place in the Vologda region, where a protagonist embarks on a whimsical adventure aboard a homemade boat. This journey leads him through rivers, marshes, and villages, ultimately transforming into a mystical experience. Parallel to this storyline is the tale of a group of students staging a theatrical production based on the novella by Yuri Koval, which reveals the protagonist's backstory and his desire to escape from Moscow and retreat into the wilderness, away from friends and the clamor of city life. The cast includes Evgeny Tsyganov, Semen Shteinberg, Timofey Tribuntsev, and Sergey Abroskin. As the two narratives unfold, the absurdity of the protagonist's escapades intertwines with the students' creative process. Both groups are left facing their own uncertainties, with the characters confronting an unresolved longing for freedom and connection to nature.
