Our Wish, Our Colors

Description

A broken fan sits in the corner, its blades misaligned yet still capable of producing a cool breeze. An elderly man, facing the challenges of hearing loss and mental disability after a fall, dedicates hours to fixing it, reflecting on his own struggles. He collects discarded objects in a small patch of woods in Haeundae, creating a unique world filled with things others have overlooked. His granddaughter, having lost her passion for drawing after enrolling in art college, turns to her camera to document her grandfather's unconventional reality. "Our Wish, Our Colors," released in 2026, follows their interactions as they venture into the woods together, capturing the essence of his collection and the stories behind each item. The film features the cast including Park Jong-woong and Kim Jeom-nam, and ultimately leaves them in a moment of uncertainty, facing the unknown future of their relationship and the worlds they inhabit.
