Description

Kumaran is a man whose life centers around his alcohol addiction, supported by his mother but challenged by his sister and girlfriend, who desire for him to change. His situation shifts dramatically when he becomes the leader of an alcohol lovers' association, only for everything to be upended by the Central Government's announcement of a nationwide alcohol ban. As Kumaran faces life without his addiction, he resorts to increasingly humorous and desperate measures to obtain a drink, complicating his relationships and raising questions about the impact of prohibition. The film features a cast that includes Rama, Krithika, Dr. A. Harish, and Dhana Lakshmi, blending comedy and drama as it portrays the consequences of alcohol dependence on individual lives and families across India. As Kumaran and the members of the association contend with the new reality of prohibition, they must confront their choices and the changes in their relationships, leaving them in a precarious situation with their futures uncertain.
