Micro Budget

Description

A cluttered living room filled with outdated film equipment serves as the unlikely headquarters for an aspiring filmmaker. This mockumentary follows an inept individual who is determined to produce an independent film despite a complete lack of skills and understanding of the filmmaking process. With absurd decisions and misguided creativity, he drags his friends and reluctant collaborators into a chaotic production that spirals out of control. The cast includes Chris Parnell, Mike Mitchell, and Patrick Noth, who contribute to the comedic misadventures as the protagonist struggles with everything from casting to scriptwriting. As the project becomes increasingly ridiculous, the film highlights the absurdities of low-budget filmmaking and the lengths people will go to achieve their dreams. The humor combines sharp wit with dark undertones, creating a fast-paced narrative that keeps the audience engaged through a series of laugh-out-loud moments.
