Marvelous Mornings

Description

"Marvelous Mornings" is a comedy that presents a fresh take on romantic entanglements through the lens of unexpected connections. The story follows Charlie, who, at her grandmother's funeral, learns of her own reserved place in the family vault. Seeking an escape, she travels to a deserted seaside resort in southern France to deliver disco vinyls left behind by her grandmother to a local wine merchant. Here, the slow pace of life contrasts sharply with Charlie's urgency to confront unresolved emotions tied to past relationships. In this quiet village, Charlie becomes enamored with Marina, a waitress at a nearby pizzeria. As they interact, both women face their vulnerabilities and the challenges of reconciling their differing outlooks on life. Their clumsy yet sincere attempts to understand one another lead to unexpected moments of connection. The cast includes India Hair, Éric Cantona, Raya Martigny, and Mathias Minne.
