Insectoid Woman

Description

On a quiet Sunday night in 2009, two aspiring screenwriters rent an isolated house, hoping to finish a script that they believe will launch their careers. As the night progresses, their creative endeavor spirals into chaos, marked by strange occurrences and psychological tension. The narrative intertwines the duo's struggles with the pressures of creativity and the eerie atmosphere surrounding their surroundings. The events of that night become shrouded in mystery, with some attributing the chaos to a connection with a series of murders linked to a notorious serial killer. Others suspect that the truth is hidden within the pages of their unfinished screenplay, while some believe they are experiencing occult manifestations. The film, which stars Larissa Mota, Carleone Filho, Neander Souza, and Antonio-Gabriel Matošević, culminates in a chilling examination of creativity, madness, and the unknown.
