Horizon

Description

"Horizon" is a drama that presents a unique take on the coming-of-age narrative by placing its characters in a stalled situation rather than on a linear path forward. It follows three young individuals, Casca, Ana, and Fú, as they find themselves stranded on the roadside. This setting transforms the familiar road movie trope into a reverse journey, where the characters must confront their transitions into adulthood while remaining physically stationary. The film features a cast that includes Ewerton Ramos and Kauê Persona, who portray the challenges and uncertainties faced by the trio. As they engage in conversations and reflections on their lives, the characters grapple with their dreams and fears. The film culminates in an unresolved moment, leaving Casca, Ana, and Fú at a crossroads, uncertain of their next steps as they confront their futures.
