From Nothing to Nowhere

Description

A BnB serves as the main setting for a group of residents in a small town facing economic hardship as a new highway threatens to eliminate their primary source of income. The cast includes Ivan Perić and Vice Tomasović, who join forces with a local guru and a British artist, along with the artist’s mechanical chicken, to protest the highway's construction. They suspect a conspiracy linked to an oscillator allegedly buried in the nearby mountains, designed by Nikola Tesla. As they set out to document their findings and rally support, the group encounters various obstacles, both from local authorities and their own personal conflicts. With time running out and their town's future at stake, they become increasingly entangled in their quest for truth. The film concludes with their plans unfolding amid uncertainty, leaving them to confront the possible consequences of their actions as the highway construction looms ever closer.
