Itzik is a bachelor living in Jerusalem, where his daily routine revolves around enjoying a burekas from Musa’s bakery. When he begins to experience dizzy spells, a medical diagnosis forces him to give up carbohydrates. This dietary change, simple in concept, triggers an unexpected life crisis as Itzik struggles to part with the comfort food that has always provided solace. As he confronts the challenges of his new reality, Itzik's quest leads him through a series of absurd and painful encounters, ultimately pushing him toward the possibility of love.
