Edie Arnold Is a Loser

Description

Under the fluorescent lights of an all-girls Catholic school, Edie Arnold, a timid student, finds herself at the center of attention when she forms a punk band with her fellow misfits, referred to as “turds.” This unexpected turn of events sparks a wave of rebellion, as Edie rises to become an unlikely icon for her peers, all while attracting the ire of the popular girls, disapproving nuns, and a particularly raucous altar boy. The cast includes Adi Madden Cabrera and Cherish Rodriguez. As Edie's band gains traction, she must handle the challenges that come with newfound fame and the chaos it creates within the school. The dynamics shift drastically, leading to confrontations and moments of self-assertion among the students. With the school year progressing, Edie and her friends face mounting pressure from their rivals and authority figures, leaving them to confront the consequences of their actions without a clear resolution in sight.
