Description

Felice lives with his father Raffaele, who has recently lost his job, his grieving mother Antonietta, and his resentful grandmother Filomena in a run-down apartment. As poverty and violence shape their lives, Felice dreams of a different future. His teacher Giulia recognizes his singing talent and seeks to broaden his horizons. However, the harsh realities of life in Pianura stifle his imagination, making it difficult for him to pursue his aspirations. The film follows Felice as he confronts these challenges, wrestling with the lack of opportunities in his community. When he discovers Neil Armstrong's footprint in his textbook, he becomes inspired to reach beyond his current existence. The narrative balances moments of dark humor with the starkness of reality, moving swiftly through the struggles of a young boy caught between ambition and despair. The cast includes Cecilia Bertozzi and Salvatore Esposito.
